Aurora Aksnes, born June 15 1996 in Stavanger and is professionally known as Aurora sometimes stylized in uppercase as AURORA is a Norwegian singer and songwriter. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is a May 2015 release from Decca Records. It has received a lot of praise from blogs and the press. She's recorded a variety of well-known covers, such as Half the World Away (by Oasis) for the Christmas advert.
